      Position Overview

      As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team with key initiatives related to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Organizational Development to gain real-world experience in a corporate setting.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist with reviewing resumes and screening candidates for entry-level positions
      • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
      • Post and update job descriptions on internal and external platforms
      • Help manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
      • Track and maintain applicant data using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      • Assist with HR projects as needed, including reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvement

      Qualifications:

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Design, or a related field
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
      • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
      • Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement

      Qualifications

      Education:

      • High School diploma or GED—Required
      • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
      • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required

      Additional Requirements:

      • Must be at least 18 years old.
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
      • Must commit to the full 12-week duration of the internship.
