Job Description
- Req#: 5812
- Assist with reviewing resumes and screening candidates for entry-level positions
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Post and update job descriptions on internal and external platforms
- Help manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
- Track and maintain applicant data using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with HR projects as needed, including reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvement
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Design, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement
- Real-world experience in talent acquisition and HR processes
- Exposure to a corporate HR environment and recruitment technologies
- Mentorship and networking opportunities
- A better understanding of career paths in Human Resources
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 12-week duration of the internship.
Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team with key initiatives related to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Organizational Development to gain real-world experience in a corporate setting.
