      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct 1:1 introductory and discovery calls with assigned leads to build rapport and identify their goals
      - Lead small group breakout sessions during events to assist attendees with content and answer questions
      - Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to create a positive experience for participants
      - Conduct 1:1 follow-up sales calls with participants to close high-ticket deals post-event
      - Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical and client-focused practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in closing high-ticket sales ($9,000+), with verifiable sales volume metrics
      - Background as a public speaker, trainer, or coach, with the ability to connect with aspiring speakers
      - Proficient in sales tech tools and platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and email marketing tools
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Commitment to high standards of integrity and client care

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a commission-based sales role with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
      - Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies specific to the public speaking industry
