What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and synthesize data using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources
- Communicate findings and results to peers and project leaders
- Review peer work and contribute to project documentation
- Assist with research and business development initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience with healthcare data and various software applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum current GPA of 3.0, with preference for candidates with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software
- Familiarity with database applications such as Access and programming languages like SAS, Python, or R
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare or health data
- Knowledge of large-scale machine learning tools/platforms such as DataBricks
- Experience with cloud computing
- Ability to work independently
- Expected graduation date no later than June 2026 from an accredited university
