What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model the vision statement and deliver excellence in customer service
- Communicate with Student Pastors and Kids Ministers in preparation for camp
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers and staff
- Review and organize required documents and paperwork for camp
- Manage multiple databases and coordinate communication regarding camp prep
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to participate in the entirety of the 2026 camp season, from late April to early August 2026
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of administrative assistance and/or project coordination experience
