What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities
- Support the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to enhance client engagement
- Assist in preparing client communications, presentations, and reports, and analyze outreach effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align strategies
- Summarize findings and present actionable insights to team leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 30 completed college-level credit hours in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the U.S., and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in business and sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with market research or data analysis projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to attend occasional meetings at the San Diego, CA office
