      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and 211 information and referral contacts
      - Assess callers' needs using active listening and relevant questioning techniques
      - Provide appropriate screenings for specialized programs and refer contacts to relevant resources
      - Maintain accurate data collection on all contacts and adhere to confidentiality standards
      - Advocate for clients within established protocols while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - One year of experience in social services, crisis hotline, contact center, or information and referral service preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Experience with client management databases or other relational databases preferred
      - Ability to effectively assess client needs and work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Demonstrated knowledge of health and human services
      - Previous experience in a contact center setting
