What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Vice President, Grant Operations and Evaluation (GOE) and the Grant Operations team
- Assist in the preparation of grantmaking data, information, and reporting
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives across GOE department teams
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Liaise with staff and stakeholders to support day-to-day operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
