      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide research support for various initiatives related to democracy and human rights
      - Attend meetings and take notes on relevant topics
      - Assist with drafting, editing, and distributing written materials
      - Help facilitate events such as panel presentations and roundtable discussions
      - Maintain and update contact lists in a database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrolled undergraduate or graduate school student
      - Strong interest in democracy and human rights
      - Excellent research skills
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading materials
      - Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, or database management
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and show initiative
