Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnel
Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel
Handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metrics
Lead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are met
Communicate during meetings, updates, and shift changes
Continuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivity
Willing to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if needed
Ensure that all goals and deadlines are met
Complete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job
Ensure a safe workplace for all employees
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Overtime required during busy season
Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
Team player and self-motivated
Highly detailed oriented and quality focus driven
Problem-solving skills
Able to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership experience
Production experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 – 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
