What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with senior leadership to implement new 340B processes
- Act as the liaison with affiliated departments to ensure program integrity
- Evaluate patient eligibility and monitor compliance within workflow processes
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Provide ongoing training and education for the 340B Program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 1 year of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, data analysis, or equivalent area
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- ACE Completion or completed within 1 year of date of hire
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 340(b) experience preferred
- Knowledge of HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes
- Experience in negotiating and managing 340B contracts
- Previous experience with self-audits of healthcare processes
