- Perform routine audits of hospital and retail pharmacy claims for compliance
- Monitor utilization records to ensure compliance and optimization of the program
- Collaborate with authorizing officials, hospital executives, and pharmacy leadership
- Provide training and education on compliance requirements to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of federal guidelines related to the 340B program
- Strong analytical and auditing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmacy compliance
- Experience with split billing software
- Familiarity with contract pharmacy arrangements
