      3D Business Development Representative

      Description -

      This is an exciting business development opportunity supporting our Additive Manufacturing organization, known as 3D Printing, through proactive prospecting, generating leads and opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee marketing follow-ups, collaborate closely with the sales team, execute nurturing campaigns, and ensure the account database remains up to date.

      Responsibilities

      • Actively pursue new accounts through targeted prospecting efforts, utilizing various channels such as phone calls, emails, outreach, and social media to drive adoption of our 3D technology.

      • Achieve predefined goals by effectively generating leads and opportunities through account prospecting strategies.

      • Conduct timely follow-ups on marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and tradeshows, aimed at nurturing responses, contacts, and converting prospects into customers.

      • Efficiently manage, track, and report all activities and outcomes using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring comprehensive data accuracy and analysis.

      • Foster close collaboration with the global sales team, providing ongoing support in lead conversion efforts and assisting with seamless opportunity migration and closure processes.

      • Develop and execute engaging nurturing campaigns to sustain active engagement with leads and prospects, thereby enhancing conversion potential.

      • Regularly update and maintain the integrity of the account database by conducting thorough research, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring relevant information is accurately documented.

      Education & Experience Recommended

      • Four-year university education or commensurate work experience and demonstrated competence.

      • Ideally, some experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
