      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft responses to discovery demands and assist clients with related inquiries
      - Review and serve responses to discovery demands
      - Assist attorney in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation
      - Attend arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and trials with admitted attorney
      - Prepare briefs to assist clients in presenting cases in small claims court (CA)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be graduating from law school either Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
      - Juris Doctor (Required)
      - 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Required)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong skills in evidence gathering, legal document preparation, and legal research
      - Experience in litigation and mediation
