Job Description
- Req#: 12426
- Support the 3PL operation cross-functionally, providing direction/insight as needed.
- Identify improvement opportunities and utilize internal processes to help guide change.
- Collaborate with 3PL Partners and Carhartt personnel to ensure timely and accurate compliance with specific tasks.
- Monitor all service level agreements and accuracy standards - advise 3PL Support Manager of risks and potential or actual failures.
- Collaborate with Logistics to create, maintain and communicate schedules.
- Manage and monitor the status of loads and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Monitor/audit adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Provide support where necessary.
- Provide daily, periodic, or any requested reporting as needed.
- Assist in following and maintaining safety, housekeeping, and preventative guidelines.
- Assume 3PL Support Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Associate's Degree Required
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5 years of distribution experience required.
- 2 years of leadership experience required.
- Preferred: WMS, TMS and SAP experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment working with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels associates within the organization.
- Strong understanding of Carhartt distribution center processes preferred.

Summary
The primary function of this position is to support and guide the 3PL operation from start to finish. This position is responsible for learning, implementing, and training, auditing and reinforcing processes at the 3PL.
