What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the dentist and team in delivering quality patient care in compliance with state regulations
- Set up and break down treatment rooms for procedures
- Take and develop x-rays, providing chairside support during procedures
- Assist in presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, ensuring a clean and professional environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Dental Assistant (DA) and X-ray certification
- Experience in oral surgery and taking impressions for prosthetics
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced office
- Strong positive and friendly attitude
- Commitment to providing quality patient care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping systems
- Additional certifications related to dental assisting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
