      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze existing and proposed transportation security regulations in alignment with federal mandates
      - Draft regulatory text and supporting documentation compliant with Federal Register standards
      - Develop and manage processes for evaluating public comments during the rulemaking process
      - Conduct research and analysis on transportation industry standards and security practices
      - Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to project plans and status reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Public Trust Clearance Eligibility
      - 5 years of experience in federal regulatory and economic analysis
      - 5 years of experience in risk assessment and analysis related to federal regulations
      - Specialized expertise in regulatory composition according to relevant federal guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
      - Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including the 9/11 Commission Act and the Aviation and Transportation Security Act
