      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in emotional distress
      - Assess crisis contacts via chat/text platform for suicide risk and safety, linking to appropriate community resources
      - Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
      - Comply with ethical and clinical standards in accordance with accreditation requirements
      - Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required; or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
      - Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
      - Ability to work Sunday-Thursday from 6pm-2:30am CST
      - Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and virtual formats
      - Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a mental health crisis intervention role
      - Familiarity with community resources and service linkage
      - High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
      - Training in trauma-informed care practices
