What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments
- Answer crisis contacts via the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills via various methods
- Knowledge of suicide assessments
- Skill in providing crisis intervention

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Experience in crisis intervention or mental health services
