What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming chat and text messages from the 988 Crisis line
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need
- Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Document all interactions and follow-up as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Tampa Bay, Florida area
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in crisis intervention or mental health preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a mental health or crisis intervention role
- Certification in Mental Health First Aid
