What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective support for incoming contacts via phone, chat, or text
- Assessment and resolution of emergent and non-emergent crisis contacts
- Provide feedback, debriefing, and timely reviews of call documentation
- Participate in program meetings and complete required trainings
- Assist in new staff learning call handling skills and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. in social sciences
- Knowledge of King County Public Mental Health System
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical skills
- Basic Computer Skills assessment required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in crisis intervention or mental health services
