What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct, supervise, and coordinate all operational quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline
- Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Line Side Inspection Team, ensuring compliance with Airbus qualification requirements
- Serve as the focal point for customer presentations and interactions
- Mitigate risks related to quality escapes and implement immediate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with EASA-POA regulatory requirements within the Flowline Product Quality and manufacturing organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Aviation (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly Processes, Production methods, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex information
- Familiarity with principles and tools used in aircraft manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, particularly in Structure/Mechanical/Paint tasks
