      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming communications and monitor work queues for ABA and Autism Services authorization processes
      - Review and enter ABA therapy authorization requests in accordance with established criteria
      - Communicate authorization decisions and provide procedural guidance to members and providers
      - Conduct benefit reviews to determine member coverage for requested services
      - Organize and summarize clinical documentation for evaluation by licensed professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare, specifically autism-related services
      - Familiarity with medical terminology related to ABA therapy and developmental disorders
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active or previous certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Registered Line Technician (RLT)
      - Experience supporting utilization management processes or working with Electronic Health Records/Systems
