Job Description

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an ABA therapy setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage daily schedule and coordinate with other therapies.
- Manage inventory needs, equipment orders, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee staff productivity and minimize non-productive time.
- Monitor attendance and manage missed visits.
- Ensure techs complete and submit all documentation before the end of the day.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director.
- Assist with employee interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
- Assist with staff meetings, weekly reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage PTO requests.
- Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.
- Foster positive communication between employees and management.
- Coordinate care and communication between patients, families, and staff.
- Handle incidents, accidents, and ensure necessary follow-up.
- Assist with planning and organizing team building activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and insurance guidelines.
- Full-Time – Monday - Friday availability
