  ABA Program Coordinator – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an ABA therapy setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  ABA Program Coordinator – Responsibilities

  Operations Management:

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage daily schedule and coordinate with other therapies.
  • Manage inventory needs, equipment orders, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee staff productivity and minimize non-productive time.
  • Monitor attendance and manage missed visits.
  • Ensure techs complete and submit all documentation before the end of the day.

  ABA Therapy Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director.
  • Assist with employee interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Assist with staff meetings, weekly reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage PTO requests.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.

  Employee & Team Relations:

  • Foster positive communication between employees and management.
  • Coordinate care and communication between patients, families, and staff.
  • Handle incidents, accidents, and ensure necessary follow-up.
  • Assist with planning and organizing team building activities and events.

  Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and insurance guidelines.
