What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide total support to Lab customers, including entering orders and supporting inquiries
- Communicate with sales and lab representatives to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns and provide high-quality service for key accounts
- Achieve first call resolution for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Optical experience required (lab or retail)
- Proficiency in a Windows-based environment and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and resolve customer conflict issues professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience
