      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth and customer retention in a dynamic territory for Abrasive Systems Division products
      - Develop and adjust sales strategies to adapt to market and competitive conditions
      - Engage with channel partners, end users, and key accounts through daily sales calls and presentations
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with other business disciplines to achieve sales objectives
      - Prepare and conduct product demonstrations and business reviews for distributor partners and customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
      - Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Proven ability to deliver key sales objectives and CRM execution
      - Experience managing complex relationships with multi-location customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industrial field sales experience, preferably in abrasives or related industrial products
      - Experience managing key accounts with annual sales exceeding $1M
      - Strong presentation skills and proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com
      - Background in business planning and competitive testing
      - Ability to manage executive-level relationships effectively
