      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and analysis in planning and coordinating human resource data analysis related to time off and leave strategies
      - Monitor team member time away from work while collaborating with operational leaders and the HR team
      - Audit HR data and present actionable recommendations based on findings
      - Write and update HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness
      - Develop and integrate strategies to meet organizational goals and evaluate outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or business leadership in a multi-dynamic environment
      - At least 3 years of experience in project management, leave programs, or workforce management
      - Understanding of human resources principles and ability to establish effective relationships with leadership
      - High degree of proficiency with market data and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      - Experience leading and influencing project teams towards achieving deliverables
      - Ability to delegate while maintaining accountability
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
      - Experience in a healthcare setting
