      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end implementations of absence management solutions from discovery through deployment
      - Serve as the subject-matter expert on state and federal leave regulations and compliance requirements
      - Partner with client leaders and HR teams to align absence solutions with business goals
      - Design and support the configuration of absence plans and time-off workflows
      - Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in absence management or related fields
      - Knowledge of Disability (STD/LTD), Absence Management, and statutory disability programs
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CLMS designation is a plus
      - Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
      - Ability to analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
      - Willingness to travel minimally as required
