      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate claim issues and provide resolutions within departmental and regulatory guidelines
      - Interpret and administer contract provisions related to eligibility and duration
      - Accurately code system fields with correct financial, diagnosis, and duration information
      - Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely claims transition and return to work
      - Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
      - Customer service experience and orientation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with RSL products, systems, and processes
      - Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
