      The Lebanon Valley College Academic Affairs division seeks an academic affairs assistant. The academic affairs assistant provides administrative support to faculty and students within the departments of Business, DMT (design, media, and technology), and the MBA program. The assistant fosters belonging and provides legendary service to our students and colleagues according to the College’s ASPIRE standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent written and oral communication skills, collaboration skills, command of Microsoft Office and database applications, and two years of administrative support experience preferred. This full-time position works 37.5 hours per week during the academic year (mid-August through mid-May) and 15 hours per week over the summer. Hourly rate is $16.44, full benefits include two health care options, a 9% retirement contribution, tuition remission and tuition exchange benefits, paid time off, and more.
