      What You'll Do:

      Reporting to the National Academic Operations Manager, the Academic Scheduling Coordinator is a member of the student affairs team and provides scheduling support for all Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) campus locations to ensure all students progress optimally through the nursing program.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Create personalized program progression schedule for individual incoming student after acceptance to the College, using our internally designed Program Completion Worksheet (PCW).
      • Maintain up-to-date student schedules by promptly addressing changes related to student status modifications.
      • Collaborate with campus team to ensure schedules align to campus specific requirements, such as space availability, core enrollment limitations, faculty availability. Adjust individual student's schedules, if required.
      • Ensure that each student's schedule progression complies with the prerequisite requirements for their courses to ensure students remain on track to meet their education goals.
      • Submit completed schedule to the Academic Records Manager for input into the student database, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
      • Maintain regular and consistent communication with the Academic Records Manager.

      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
      • Associate degree or other equivalent credential/credits in higher education or experience.
      • Previous experience in a fast-paced, detail oriented, deadline driven environment.
      • Ability to work autonomously.
      • Ability to craft clear, effective, and professional communications.
