What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students with course registration and ensure understanding of degree requirements
- Advocate for students' advising needs to contribute to their enrollment and engagement
- Advise students on university policies, program requirements, and academic matters
- Proactively identify at-risk scenarios and develop strategies for academic success
- Utilize student data to track enrollment, persistence, and graduation information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 1+ year of experience in Higher Education Preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible office hours, including evenings and weekends
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Student Information Systems
