- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that measure access channel effectiveness across digital, voice, and in-person, as we advance omnichannel strategies.
- Synthesize data across multiple analytics teams (ADSI, Marketing, Medical Group, Finance) to create a unified view of performance and opportunities.
- Provide insights on channel utilization, leakage, consumer experience, and operational efficiency to guide decision-making.
- Support leadership in shaping access channel strategy with data-backed recommendations.
- Translate analytics into clear business cases and investment priorities for improving channel effectiveness and consumer experience.
- Identify root causes of channel performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment on KPIs and measurement standards.
- Serve as the channel data liaison between GMDx and enterprise analytics functions.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Close measurement gaps by building holistic frameworks that track consumer journeys across channels.
- Recommend new metrics, tools, or methods to improve access channel visibility and optimization.
- Contribute to the maturation of omni channel analytics as a strategic capability within GMDx.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or strategy, preferably in healthcare, digital, or consumer access.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience with performance measurement, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment across multiple analytics and business teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and comfort navigating complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with experience preparing decision-ready insights for senior executives.

What You Will Do
Ascension is seeking an Access Channels Strategist to turn data-driven insights into actionable opportunities to improve the performance, scalability, and consumer experience of Ascension’s access channels, including voice, digital, and in-person. This role will serve as the connective tissue across the analytics teams, consolidating inputs and translating them into strategic recommendations that guide strategy, support business decisions, and improve omnichannel performance.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Channel Strategy & Enablement, this individual will work closely with the Ascension Data Sciences Institute (ADSI), Marketing & Digital Analytics, Ascension Medical Group Analytics, Strategy and Finance to ensure that channel strategies are informed by holistic, accurate, and timely data.
