      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, imaging, and diagnostic tests
      - Coordinate pre-op and post-op visits for neurosurgery or other procedures
      - Manage complex care plans across various specialties, including neurology and radiology
      - Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, and obtain prior authorizations
      - Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients regarding coverage issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience
      - Ability to perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I and II levels
      - Basic proficiency with computers and data entry, preferably in MS Office
      - Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and clinical teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Health-care Access Associate (CHAA) Certification
      - Experience with external radiology testing
      - Knowledge of CPT codes and medical terminology
      - Three years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment
