      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and coordinate appointments, surgeries, or tests using hospital systems
      - Conduct pre-registration, update patient information, and manage new patient charts
      - Perform insurance verification and benefits explanation, including eligibility checks
      - Collect and post payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily deposits
      - Maintain equipment, ensure adequate stock of supplies, and clean waiting rooms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or formal education equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in registration or scheduling in a healthcare environment
      - Strong communication skills and good telephone etiquette
      - Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of basic medical terminology
      - Proficient in computer/basic keyboard skills and general knowledge of office machines
