What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a patient resource for scheduling and billing inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments using hospital systems
- Collect co-pays and payments for patient accounts
- Conduct insurance verifications and gather necessary medical records
- Assist other teams and manage public interactions in a professional manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient in computer and basic keyboard skills

- CHAA Certification
- Bachelor’s degree
