      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments using hospital systems, ensuring accurate visit notifications
      - Collect co-pays, deductibles, and payments for patient accounts
      - Conduct pre-registration and verify insurance eligibility, while gathering necessary medical records
      - Provide excellent customer service by meeting, greeting, and assisting the public in a professional manner
      - Utilize effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and maintain accurate records as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling
      - Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology
      - Exceptional customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CHAA Certification
      - Bachelor’s degree
