What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting job accommodations related to disabilities
- Assess and triage accommodation requests, providing guidance to ensure a positive experience
- Develop accommodation suggestions for employer approval and consult with employers on options and processes
- Foster trust and rapport with employees through effective case management
- Provide account management and subject matter expertise to employers regarding ADA claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in human resources, leave management, or benefit management
- Two (2) to four (4) years of progressive experience in disability accommodation, absence management, or claim administration
- Proven track record of successfully supporting employees and employers with accommodations
- Strong understanding of ADA case management processes and guidelines
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional licensure or certification such as PHR, CPDM, or ADA certification
- Experience in a high-performance culture that values collaboration and accountability
