      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls from members and providers, providing prompt and courteous assistance
      - Resolve benefit and claims inquiries via telephone and other acceptable methods
      - Maintain knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate information is provided
      - Meet performance goals related to efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
      - Communicate effectively with members and providers to ensure their inquiries are addressed satisfactorily

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or medical office experience required
      - Commitment to complete the training program and work onsite for training components
      - Must have a hardwired internet connection with specified speeds
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
      - Familiarity with medical and health insurance terminology
      - Completion of the Medical Assistant, Coding & Insurance Pathway from BRCC or a medical office assistant/coding certificate can substitute for experience
