What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in any general office support/administration when requested or assigned
- Process Policy Endorsements and carrier Audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions Processing Policy Cancellations, Reinstatements and Lost Policy Releases (LPR)
- Prepare Check requests, Invoices and Premium Finance Agreements
- Prepare Summaries of Insurance
- Data entry and maintains agency management system, other agency supported systems and carrier/vendor online platforms, ensuring all data entered is complete, clearly presented and well-documented, accurate, and up-to-date
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Insurance Industry experience preferred; or 2+ years of related experience in customer service
- Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizations skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
