What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide transactional support by monitoring and managing service queues and corporate requests for assigned Account Executives (AEs)
- Participate in sales planning and collaborate with AEs to drive profitable growth through customer interactions
- Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to maximize product utilization and improve service levels
- Prepare and track Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and follow up on action items to ensure successful resolutions
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and communicate recommendations to AEs for customer retention efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role with proven customer support experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience preparing presentations to report findings
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in food service or distribution
- Ability to learn proprietary systems such as eCommerce, Salesforce.com, and others
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Business maturity to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and with customers
