What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage service queues for Account Executives (AEs) to ensure timely support
- Participate in sales planning and customer interaction to drive profitable growth
- Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to maximize product utilization and improve service levels
- Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and track follow-up actions to enhance customer relations
- Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with AEs to implement retention strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role
- Strong experience with analytics and presentation preparation
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in food service or distribution industry
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Previous experience with customer relationship management systems
