What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage all aspects of the post-sale implementation activity for custom accounts
- Collaborate with field staff and external parties to ensure timely and accurate implementation of benefits and administrative services
- Analyze, enter, and process custom benefit requests for post-sale account implementations
- Identify and resolve complex implementation issues while collaborating with various levels of employees
- Track and manage implementation issues to lead overall improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Must be able to obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within 60 days of employment
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills

- Background in medical/dental insurance
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to process changes
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Willingness to be onsite for training
