What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
- Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and tracking performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the Industrial/MRO channel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Technical competency in blended selling roles and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically

- Experience with digital sales tools and platforms, including MS Office and LinkedIn Navigator
- Energetic, disciplined self-starter with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with trends in eCommerce and omni-channel strategies
