What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote products to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems
- Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate resources
- Provide education and clinical/injection training for healthcare personnel
- Deliver expert anatomical/procedural information and training
- Collaborate with other Account Specialists to execute training and promotional efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred; equivalent industry experience required
- At least five (5) years of relevant technical experience with three (3) or more years in sales preferred
- Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to travel and meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role
- Experience managing complex sales with multiple decision-makers
- Familiarity with hospital credentialing requirements and processes
- Ability to communicate and train diverse audiences effectively
- Experience in clinical settings related to therapeutic areas
