What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via video and chat banking while meeting established service level agreements
- Open new membership accounts and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer transactions and sensitive information
- Collaborate with internal departments to generate qualified referrals for additional services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in retail, banking, sales, or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Must comply with the SAFE Act and complete necessary background checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in virtual banking is preferred
- Proven effective sales skills and ability to establish rapport with customers
