What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate scheduling of picture days with schools, photography leaders, and sales partners
- Maintain databases, calendars, and filing systems to organize information
- Communicate effectively with partners regarding job completion
- Manage Account Touch Points using Salesforce and other internal tools
- Conduct follow-up customer service calls after picture days to gather feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proven computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other database management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the photography or event planning industry
