What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop value-added propositions

- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance solution selling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance) and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of product and solution-based sales life cycles and best practices
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company-specific software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, or industrial distribution
- Familiarity with indirect materials and product knowledge specific to the industry
- Previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets
