What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry or data validation within accounts payable/receivable or contract administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including intermediate functions (e.g., SUMIFS, sorting, filtering)
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of manual data
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with contract databases or systems like SYMPLR
- Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms for data migration or integration
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Background in reporting, invoicing, or financial reconciliation is a plus
