      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Accounts Payable and Accountants with invoice entry, vendor reconciliation, and credit application submissions
      - Monitor and track alcohol vendor invoicing, identifying discrepancies as needed
      - Assist with data pulls for insurance audits, internal reports, and compliance documentation
      - Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for accounting records
      - Support the accounting team on ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Controller

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Prior exposure to accounting or administrative roles is a plus
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with QuickBooks and Fintech is a bonus
      - A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
