What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform timely property management accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with tenant account reconciliations and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) administrative functions
- Data entry, processing, and review for remitted accounts receivables
- Review and allocate incoming invoices and respond to vendor and property management inquiries
- Coordinate efforts with the accounting department and other internal teams to support property management operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in general accounting principles and property accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, time management, and organization skills
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be located in Southern California

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Yardi software
